All Texcode inspections and reporting methods are in strict compliance with the Texas Real Estate Commission, Texas Standards of Practice. TexCode's philosophy is to exceed the minimum standards required for licensure. TexCode's service area includes the Austin Metropolitan area and most surrounding towns in the Central Texas area. Travel fees apply to counties other than Travis and Williamson. With every home inspection, advice on varying aspects of maintenance and homeownership are covered. - Buyers Home Inspection - Complete Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) structural and mechanical inspection of a home to provide buyers with information to make an informed decision
- New Home Inspections - Complete Buyer's Home Inspection of your new home before closing
- Warranty Inspections - For those who own a new home a warranty inspection provides information that a homeowner can give to the builder to make necessary repairs prior to the warranty expiration
- Termite/WDI Pest Inspections - Free with a Buyers Home Inspection (excluding condos) and provided by your inspector
